Interior partitions, bulkheads, drop ceilings, and specialty framing — square, plumb, and inspection-ready before any board goes up. Residential and commercial across Lindsay and Kawartha Lakes.
From simple partition walls to complex commercial systems — framed correctly before any board goes up.
Metal stud framing that's slightly out of plumb or not square to the room creates problems at every subsequent phase. Drywall doesn't lie flat. Corners don't line up. Doors and trim fight the frame. The time to get it right is before any board goes up — not after.
We lay out and frame to the floor plan, check plumb and level before moving to the next wall, and frame bulkheads and soffits consistent with the ceiling plane. It takes longer than approximate framing. It shows in the finished product.
Metal stud framing is the right choice for non-load-bearing interior walls in most residential and commercial applications. It doesn't warp, shrink, or twist over time the way wood does — which matters for the long-term performance of your drywall finish. Commercial projects almost universally use metal stud systems. Residential basements and interior partitions are increasingly using metal for the same reasons.
Where wood is specified — by the GC, the engineer, or by code requirement — we work with that too.
Some clients need framing only — their own trades handle insulation and boarding. We can scope framing as a standalone phase. The board that goes up will be on a frame that's ready for it.
